As nationwide unrest in Brazil heads into its fourth week, we are rejoined by Business Monitor’s Brazil analyst, Katherine Weber, to make sense of recent events and understand the wider implications for policy-making in the country. Triggered by a proposed increase in bus fares, the widespread protest movement has come to represent increasing grievances by a population that has grown in both economic, as well as political influence over the past decade.
